Licensing

With the "Licensing" button, you open the license dialog of the multitool. Here, you can activate your purchased license to operate the program as a full version.

For a local license, you open the following dialog by clicking the "New" button under License Files. After entering your serial number, you can activate it online.

The previous licensing system has been replaced with the unified MuM licensing system starting from version 2024. Older program versions will continue to use the old system.

What to Do in Case of Issues?​

License Activation Failed​

If you are unable to activate the license, it is possible that there is no connection to the license server. In that case, we can generate a license file for you that allows offline activation.

Send an email to license@mum.de with your serial number as the content of the email. We strive to automate the processing of such requests, so you should receive a prompt response. If automated processing is not possible, a support representative will handle the ticket and contact you if necessary.

Once you receive the file, you can import it by using the "Import" button in the license dialog.

I Don't Know My Serial Number​

The serial number is automatically sent via email. However, it is possible that a different person is registered in our system. The support team can assist you in finding the correct serial number. Contact them at hotline@mum.ch.
